I don't worry about water because the information I've seen is that people get plenty under normal circumstances (it's in your food as well as everything you drink), and you just end up peeing a lot when you drink more. What's important for me is to drink water when I'm thirsty instead of other liquids, because of the calories. That's a big goal of mine.
